What is Vyi? A guide to the creative workspace
Find tools for images, video and audio, check service availability and credit costs, and keep drafts and results in your Vyi asset library.
Vyi is a browser workspace for image, video and audio creation. You can prepare a prompt, choose the available settings and keep your work in an account library. Check the service notice before starting: a tool can be under maintenance even when its editing panel remains open.
Choose a tool that fits your source
Open All tools to compare starting points. A text tool begins with a description; an editing tool needs the supported source files shown beside its upload control. Tool names describe the intended workflow, while the live availability label tells you whether generation is currently enabled.
A concept illustration shows a possible direction, not a verified output from a customer. Use it to plan the scene and inspect your own result before publishing.
Review the cost before submitting
The generation panel displays the credit cost for the selected model and settings. A signup credit allowance does not necessarily cover a complete task. Check your credit balance and the live service notice before buying a credit pack. Purchasing credits does not enable a tool that is under maintenance.
Keep prompts, uploads and results together
My assets separates generation history, original uploads and drafts. Save a useful setup as a draft, open it later, and use Reuse prompt to continue editing. Download files you want to retain; inspect faces, product labels, sound and other important details first.
Common questions
Can I explore without generating?
Yes. You can browse the tools and try the local storyboard on Tiny Desk AI without spending credits. Saving account drafts requires signing in.
Is every listed tool available?
No. Read the label and service notice. Maintenance does not prevent you from preparing a prompt, but it prevents submission to the generation service.
Can I publish a generated result?
Check your input rights and the model and provider terms. A credit purchase alone does not provide a blanket commercial license.
A useful first step
Start with one small idea in the Vyi workspace. Confirm that the tool is available, review the displayed cost, and keep a draft before committing to generation.
